Proteas Andinas de Colombia have planted nearly 35,000 Proteas varietys in their crops. As a regular yearly production we will produce 1’000,000 stems for domestic and international markets. In partnership with other Proteas companies developed in the zone, we will be capable of produce 3’500,000 of stems divided in Safari Sunset, Gold Strike and Jester. San Isidro belongs to Proteas Andinas de Colombia, it growths two different Proteas variety. It has planted 30,000 Safari Sunset plants and 5,000 Gold Strike plants. San Isidro is located at Vereda Alto Charco in Sibate – Cundinamarca, 27 Km away from Bogota and 35 km from El Dorado International Airport – Bogotá Colombia. Our crop is at 2,800 mts above the sea level with a yearly average temperature of 14 °C.
